Terms of sale

English summary of the French terms (CGV), which prevail in case of difference.

1. Purpose

These terms cover the purchase of a Rituel Pro licence, macOS software published by Theo Cannac, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel, France), 36 rue des Fontenelles, 92310 Sèvres, France, SIRET 828 140 160 00015 (« the publisher »).

2. Seller and payment

The seller is the publisher. Payment is taken by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland), the payment provider: the publisher never sees card details. Stripe emails a receipt; an invoice is sent on request. VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code).

3. Product and price

Rituel Pro is a personal, perpetual licence with no subscription, priced €9.99 including VAT, paid once. It unlocks Rituel's Pro features on the buyer's Macs. The free version and the 7-day trial let you test the app before buying.

4. Delivery

The licence key is emailed as soon as payment is confirmed, with an activation link. It works offline.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, with no reason needed, even after activating the licence. See the refund policy.

6. Warranty

Statutory conformity rights for digital content apply. If something is wrong, write to contact@joinrituel.com. Rituel adds friction when your Mac starts; it does not guarantee that a Mac administrator cannot bypass it (see the FAQ).

8. Disputes

French law applies. For any complaint (payment, invoice, refund or anything else), write to the publisher at contact@joinrituel.com; failing an amicable solution, consumers may go to the competent courts.
